01NY • Transparent pricing

In-Person Notary Services

Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths/Affirmations, Copy Certifications (where allowed), and more.

Where: Our offices at either 25 Main Street, Goshen, NY, or 130 North Main Street, Suite 104, New City, NY 10956, or we travel to you.

Pricing

  • NY State Notary Fee (statutory): $2 per signature.
  • Tri-State Notary Convenience/Travel Fee: $175 (separate from the state-regulated $2 fee). This covers on-site travel/time, flexible scheduling, prep, and immediate document check.
02NY • Transparent pricing

Remote Online Notary Services (RON)

With secure ID verification, recording, and e-journal retention.

Pricing

  • NY Electronic Notarial Fee (statutory maximum): up to $25 per electronic notarial act.
  • Tri-State Notary Convenience Fee: $140 (separate from the notarial act fee). Includes tech setup & test call, identity verification assistance, document prep guidance, recording storage, and same-day e-certificate delivery.

Travel Notary Service

Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths/Affirmations, Copy Certifications (where allowed), and more.

Where: Orange County, Rockland County, surrounding areas, and New York City. We come directly to your home, office, or another agreed-upon location for your convenience.

Pricing

  • NY State Notary Fee (statutory): $2 per signature.
  • Tri-State Notary Travel/Convenience Fee: $200 (separate from the $2 state fee). This covers travel time, flexible scheduling, on-site preparation, and concierge-level service at your chosen location.

Apostille Service (NY Documents)

End-to-end handling to obtain a New York Apostille for use abroad (we manage required county certifications + NYS Dept. of State submission).

Pricing

  • Tri-State Apostille Service Fee: $200 (our facilitation service).
  • State fee: $10 per document (charged by NYS Dept. of State) + shipping/courier as needed.
05NY • Transparent pricing

Bundle: Notary + Apostille Service

Combine any of our notary services (In-Person, Remote, or Travel) with a full Apostille service, from start to finish. This bundled option ensures your document is notarized and authenticated for international use in one seamless process.

Pricing

  • Tri-State Bundle Fee: $300 (covers both the notary service of your choice + Apostille service).
  • State Fees: $2 per notarial signature (NY statutory fee) + $10 per document for Apostille (NYS fee).
  • Additional Costs: Shipping or courier fees, if applicable.
